The price of Toyota cars has climbed once more, which is alarming news. It is important to note that the corporation has raised its pricing for the second time in almost a month. The company claims that it has been extremely difficult for IMC to maintain the present retail selling prices as a result of the abrupt devaluation of the Pakistani rupee. The business stated, “Therefore, we are required to pass on some impact to the market.”
Corolla is been in the Pakistani markets from decades where as it used to be a “pocket friendly comfy sedan” car in Pakistan, for the decades the Prices of Toyota cars in Pakistan were increased slowly and gradually with minor amounts, But Now from the past few Years Now as high inflation is on the peak, Pakistan is also suffering from Various Price hikes So the prices of Mid-range Cars are also getting out of hands, As We witnessed the prices of the new cars in Pakistan more than doubled in only last three to four years, As in 2017 the Price of full option Corolla (Corolla 1.8 ALTIS Grande CVT) was at PKR 2,389,000, The Starting price of Corolla base variant (xli) in 2017 Was from PKR1,729,000 and GLI was at 1,859,000 PKR later both of variants were discontinued and Were replaced by Toyota Yaris, Whereas the starting price of Yaris is now 3,799,000 PKR and the price of full option Yaris in Pakistan is at 4,569,000, and the Price of full option corolla 2022 (Corolla ALTIS Grande X CVT-1.8 (Black Interior) is 6,189,000.

Prices for a new Toyota Corolla
The price increases for the six Toyota Corolla versions now available in Pakistan are listed below.

The first one is a Corolla Altis X Manual 1.6, whose price has increased by Rs. 990000 to Rs. from 48.99 Lacs its prior price of Rs. 3,909,000.
The Corolla Altis X Automatic 1.6 is the next vehicle, and it has witnessed a price increase of Rs. 1,040,000, going from Rs. 4,099,000 to Rs. 51.39 Lacs
The third model is the Corolla Altis X Automatic 1.6 Special Edition (SE), which was previously priced at Rs. 4,509,000 but is now priced at Rs. 56.69 Lacs.
The Corolla Altis X CVT-i 1.8 comes up next, with a rate hike of Rs. 1180,000 that brought it from Rs. 4,499,000 to Rs. 56.79 Lacs
The Corolla Altis Grande X CVT-i 1.8 (Beige Interior) is the next vehicle on the list. Its price increased by Rs. 1290,000, going from Rs. 4,859,000 to 61.49 Lacs.
The Corolla Altis Grande X CVT-i 1.8 (Black Interior) was formerly priced at Rs. 4,899,000 but has since increased in price by Rs. 1,290,000 to Rs. 61.89 Lacs.

Yeah, this is the biggest ever Price hike of the corolla in history with a hike of 1,290,000 PKR Approx. 1.3 million Pkr by Toyota Indus motor Pakistan, due to the weakening of the local currency, rising freight prices, and increased material costs, it will be the biggest one yet, IMC stated in a letter to its dealers on Friday that it had become “very difficult for IMC to hold the present retail selling pricing and we are constrained to pass on some effect to the market” due to the “sudden devaluation of the Pakistani Rupee.”

According to the corporation, the price adjustment will take effect for new orders placed on or after April 30, 2022.
